Movie Review: The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug

The Hobbit The Desolation of Smaug The Hobbit The Desolation of Smaug The Hobbit The Desolation of Smaug The Hobbit The Desolation of Smaug

The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug is the second instalment from Lord of the Rinds Director, Peter Jackson. With Bilbo, Wizard Gandalf and the Dwarf’s continuing their journey to reclaim the Kingdom of Erebor, a familiar Elf meets the group as they battle through evil to reach their mountain and homeland.  The first Hobbit movie I must confess was a little slow and uneventful but this follow up was adventurous and full of action with great characters. There is huge cast in this film and you are bound to be entertained and the barrel scene is pretty spectacular/funny too.

The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug is out of DVD and Blu-ray on April 7th.

It was a brilliant film, I really enjoyed, brilliant scenes in New Zealand. Great story line. I will definitely be buying the DVD then the trilogy is released.
