How is it nearly July?? There’s been a lot going

How is it nearly July?? There’s been a lot going on in camp Spencer-Tracey. It’s not all great at the moment but one positive thing is that my long Covid is getting better. Having this mysterious illness has definitely made me reassess my life and my ambitions and what I want for now and the future. If you haven’t seen my story spam or my latest reel yet, everyone, meet Coco! I have wanted a #pomeranian for about 10 years now so it was so nice to be able to find a great breeder like @reign_of_poms and give Coco a new home. Having a puppy has been a challenge 😂 but she has really helped my anxiety and my long Covid seems to be getting better everyday with regular walks and running around after her. Dogs bring such joy and I’m so pleased I get to finally experience having a dog of my own! Love you Coco le chein!

So about a month ago, I looked back on my IG account and realised I have been posting on here since 2011! 11 years!! And to be honest it got me thinking about me, what I’m doing now versus then and if I even want to continue posting on this account. I started one for our home renovations and we’ve had a great response so far so I may continue that and leave his one… not decided yet but if you want to keep in touch, please follow @diywiththespencertraceys as I love you guys and want to keep up to date on what you are doing/posting. One thing I always love to do at the weekend is make cocktails! Piña colada’s are my specialty with @maliburumuk and they are super easy to make! I want to make a festive alternative in time for Christmas 🤶 Do you like making cocktails?
