Daks A/W 2014 – London Fashion Week

Daks A/W 2014‘London’s Calling’ seemed to be the theme for Daks‘ A/W show and the brand wanted to celebrate their heritage and the colourful capital.  Daks loves to revisit their archive collections and reinvent their looks and they definitely show this in the new collection. With Guard Regiment hat’s, luxury leathers and posh knitwear, Daks have brought something completely original and yet new to this A/W parade.  There also seems to be a hint of 1960’s era with drop waist pleated dresses, heavy knitwear pieces and tall boots that are made for walking. The colour pallet for the new season embraces winter with deep reds, evening blacks, tans and the brands signature print which has also had a revamp on textured scarves, bags and thick tights.
