For those who know me, running is something that I really enjoy. With great Charities such as Cancer Research UK organising ‘Race for Life’, People are benefiting from me running and so am I.
With another 5k run tomorrow, I had to get some decent running trainers that will keep me comfortable and help with my run. They are many brands but as I have had a big love for Nike, they were my only choice for running shoes.
